Per a la garantia dels seus drets, incorpora els principis de no <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">discriminaci\u00f3, d\u2019accessibilitat, de participaci\u00f3 i d\u2019inclusi\u00f3 plenes i efectives en la societat de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">les persones amb discapacitat, aix\u00ed com la igualtat, el respecte per la difer\u00e8ncia i l&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">de les persones amb discapacitat com a part de la diversitat i la condici\u00f3 humanes; la <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">igualtat d&#8217;oportunitats; la igualtat entre l&#8217;home i la dona; i el respecte a l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de les <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">facultats dels nens i les nenes amb discapacitat i
